No textures with glTF 2.0 export from Blender

I am just starting to use Godot and am having an issue with a glTF 2.0 export from Blender 4.0

I am exporting a low poly model with animations and a simple diffuse texture but the textures are not showing and some control bones are showing.

I found the answer to my own problem -

A search result I found said the material in Blender needs to use the Principled BSDF shader in order to export properly. This is an older project done in an older version of Blender with a material using a Diffuse BSDF. I changed it and the glTF export imported into Godot with a visible material.
