you can run the game, just press “More Info” and “Run Anyway”.
For removing it permanently, can you show a screenshot of the export template?

I think you are making a mistake. I also have Microsoft Defender but it does not show warnings for my games.
I filled out like everything.
You need code signing. Make sure you do NOT Embed PCK. Some say the official exports should be signed, again if Embed PCK is disabled.

(I know this is kinda of topic but)
I tried opening it without it being in my folder and it just shut down but when people download my game it will shut down for them too! How do I fix that?
What is in your folder?
The game is in my folder but if I take it out it won’t work 
What is “the game”? Does your folder only the have the .exe file? If so, disable “Embed PCK” in your export settings.
