Opening up game warns me of risks

But where is the export settings

From where we are working, project > export settings tab. And @gertkeno said to disabled “Embed PCK” from the export preset like “Windows”, in export settings.

still can’t find it is it in project settings?

It’s in Project > Export, the export menu you must be in to export the game. Select your window export and disable “Embed PCK”

it was already off

but before when you asked if it was a exe file it is

Cool, then you will need to get your own code signature from microsoft to solve the warning.

If you game doesn’t work “in the same folder” then you probably moved the executable (.exe) away from it’s packed content files (.pck) so it can’t find any of it’s required data.

but then how do I open the game?

You could always open the game by clicking “more info” then “run anyways”, but to get rid of the warning you have to get your own code signature from microsoft.

How do you?

This warning shows up because the app isn’t codesigned. You can purchase a codesigning certificate, but it’s much more expensive than publishing on Steam which bypasses codesigning warnings. Publishing to Steam costs $100 (which is refunded after your project generates $1,500 of sales), while a codesigning certificate is easily $500 per year.
