i am new to godot never used it before everytime i try opening a project i get the same error project cant be run main scene not defined. how can i define a scene if i cant even open the project. i have deleted it and reinstalled it and emptied my drive and tried using another drive
When prompted with projects, in the project list, select the project then click edit. (I think double clicking the project also selects edit.)
Then when the project is open select your main scene and press the play button on the top right.
This will prompt you to select a main scene.
If you want to change it later, or do this the manual way.
Go to project → application
And modify the main scene property
