Save VRM model as new inherited scene result in large tscn file

When I save VRM model as new inherited scene, the size of resulting tscn file is a lot bigger(226MB) than original vrm model(7.5MB).

This cause project take long time to save. How can I prevent this from happening?

Below is how I operate:

  1. Drag VRM model to scene

  2. Save it as new inherited scene

  3. Change root node type of new inherited scene to Node3D again in order to be able to edit it

  4. Save new inherited scene as tscn file but the size is 226MB. Compare to original VRM model only 7.5MB
