Slope Velocity Problem

Problem with velocity on slopes

When ever I go up a slope I go up the slope with a regular velocity but when I try going side way’s on it I go at a much slower velocity that’s darn near 0. Can some one help me out here I really don’t know why this is this is the code for it.
