Sprite3D Rippling

My sprite ripples as it moves across the screen. It is a different effect at different distances. I’m guessing it’s because the pixels don’t perfectly align with my game resolution. I had no problem with this movement in 2d with the sprites scaling to any size. Does anyone know how to fix or mitigate this? Bill-boarding has no affect. Blurring my sprite is not an option.
