When I add nodes or open project setting, etc.Always pop up at the top,but I can’t move it.Is this a normal phenomenon? My version is 4.6.3.stable
It is normal behavior in that it can happen, what desktop environment are you using? Chances are you can press Win+Up or Win+Right to move the window to a fixed location with a visible top bar.
