Update to my Softbody car simulation - Now with detachable parts

In this short demo, I demonstrate that I added independently simulated car parts/panels. Doors are openable and panels are detachable.

New in this update:
• Openable doors, bonnet, and trunk
• Detachable body parts (doors, fenders, bonnet, etc.)
• Independent physical simulation of separated components

All deformation and motion is computed at runtime. No pre-baked animations or mesh swaps.

The system is being developed with performance in mind and runs smoothly on mobile-class hardware.

This project is part of an ongoing experimental vehicle physics game.
