Vulkan error, how to do?

This error occurs when I give it to someone else. I want to make sure that the sender, not the recipient, makes changes so that the recipient can make the changes. What should I do?
When I read the related article, I remember that I had to go into the project and click “Forward+” on the top right.

As the error explains, the GPU don’t have vulkan support, you need to change to opengl3, click on the foward+ on the top left and change to compatibility
