Why I cant upload my Game on web?

You might be using the .NET version of Godot, which currently does not have support for web exports. Even if you’re not using C#, you still can’t export to web if you’re using the .NET version. If you’d like, you could download the normal version of Godot and open your project in there, which should have no problems since you’re not using C#. Then you should simply be able to export to web.
