Windows developed project caused problems on MacOS ('git version control' wise)

Question

So i started developing in windows and created many files in the project which Godot created .uid files for as expected. I used git for version control. For ios export, i installed godot on mac, git-clone by source tree and imported project in mac godot start ui. It created or edited .uid files for many assets causing me to have tons of new "commit " files. Hope this is not expected!!! It makes hell to switch between operating systems. How to make macos godot accept whatever is coming from git (every file including .uids.)
