Xr remote deploy was working and out of nowhere just stopped

I am working on a XR project, and i think i did everything right from the step by step. Its was working just fine (deploying, playing etc) until today, where this message started to appear when i tried to deploy the project into my Quest 2.

(this is the frist window that is loading the project into the googles)

I dont know much about programing, im trying to make an vr art instalation hahahaha everything that im learning is through youtube and forums. If someone could help me i would be grateful <3
