Question

I can’t drag in a node by holding control when releasing.

I found the exact same problem here but I don’t understand the solution:

If you open the script, are there any errors there?
Any lines highlighted in red?

I am having the same issue, no errors in the script. Found the same page you linked and then this one. No matter which scene I am on, or what node type, it refuses to link the drag and drop, even with nothing in the script at all

I never found a solution, but it’s mostly just inconvenient.

Maybe scene isn’t saved? Try save the scene or reload the scene
