Debug Game window's focus keeps blinking while the Godot Editor window is behind it

Question

Randomly every few seconds or so, the debug window’s focus will seemingly blink, effectively stopping all input for a split second. It seems to only happen when the Godot Editor window is behind the Debug window.

It’s frustrating and getting the Editor window out of the way each time I test is a hassle. If anyone has had a problem like this or knows a possible solution, please help!
