Hello dear people of the Godot Forum, today we’re gonna address some issue of my project “Fight for the Loop” 's first prototype version.
The Bad
As some of you who have tried the prototype version for my upcoming project may know, it was filled to the brim with many bugs, oversights, game mechanics that had no point in that context and bad level design.
The Good
Nonetheless the prototype wasn’t a complete disaster and during these days players (mostly, if not all, partecipants of the “GMTK Game Jam 2025” like me) expressed their liking for the faint idea that the project hasn’t been able to actually show.
The Truth
This is why I’m restarting the whole project from scratch, now I will (hopefully) have time to actually work on every mechanic, some assets and even more music.
And the Loop-fighter here is going TRAINING!
And this portals will probably be the new way levels end.
This is all I can say for now on “Fight for the Loop PROTOTYPE V2”, but you’ll probably get to know more soon.
