Godot 4 Auto Tile Issue with Wang / 2x2 Sets

Okay this is driving me nuts first I thought I got something wrong in my tiles logic but after recreating this with simpler placeholder tiles i think the issue is in godot. Can someone tell me where that corner tile is coming from and how the hell do I fix this. If I remember corretly this was not an issue back in 3.x am I doing something wrong here?
