Help with anime design please

Godot Version

4.5

Hey just wondering, I’m sorry if this is in the place but I was wondering, I’m using Godot 4.5 and Blender 4.3, but how would I create a semi realistic 3d anime game that is hd and is stylized and such, I’m looking on designing stylized buildings and toon shaders and such, like this image:

What is the best way to achieve lighting, shading and level design similar to this in godot 3d? Any help would be appreciated, I know this is broad but this was the only category I saw fit.

Sorry, typo, I meant wrong place.

I am not a 3D person but I think you can use cel-shading and for the rays I would say @normalized may can help you because his/her game also uses sharp god rays(that looks sick!)

You can start by just making a simple cel shader

I also didn’t realize GDQuest had all those models! Very cool. I feel like there are better looking cell shaders on [Godot Shaders] (no shade on StayAtHoeDev who does awesome work teaching and provides a lot to this community)(https://godotshaders.com/). Search for Cel or Toon gets you some interesting options. For example:

One minor question, I know this is unrelated but how do I set this post as solved?

There should be a button next to each post and you can just press it for the post that solved your problem.

Well, thanks, but I can’t see the button.

Since it’s a general post you can’t pick a solve,it have to be a help post.

Oh thanks, I honestly would have never known, so that’s why there is no button.
