How do I add an image to Localization Remap using code in Godot 4.x?

I’m trying to make a translation for a game written in Godot 4.x.
How can I add a new locale with a new picture to this resource tab using code instead of editor?
I need to add a new picture for a new locale for the acts/full_game/talent_show/assets/portraits/LoneWolfTattoo2.png resource.

Also looking for something like this, but finding nothing… is this at all unsupported?
