How to apply post processing toon shader?

I found this toon shader: https://godotshaders.com/shader/flexible-toon-shader-godot-4/ I tried using the shader on a ColorRect under a SubViewport but the whole screen turned white. Where do I put this shader to make it work?

It is a spatial shader, I’m better you got an error relating to the wrong shader type. It does not seem to be a post processing effect but applied to each 3D mesh you want.

so is there a way to make the shader apply to everything?
