Icon stuck as Godot

Question

When I export my project, even though i set the windows and normal icon to a custom one, it still shows Godot’s icon. How do I fix it?

Did you use rcedit to set up the icon?

I don’t think I did, I just imported the .png and .ico files. I’ll try figuring that out though.

than in you project go to the editor settings


and enter the path to the rcedit.exe file then

find the icon path in your export settings
then that will work
