Multiplayer Testing with Branched Multiplayer

Hello!

I wanted to share knowledge and implementation details on Godot 4.x multiplayer capabilities.

This is a work-in-progress in which I can hopefully reach my end goals for it to be a fully inclusive test bench project for developing multiplayer components in one process instance.

Right now, this is a very rough and limited prototype with one scene.
