Physical Bones triggering 'non uniform' warning on creation

Hi godoteers, give me a hand here

I just added a physical bone skeleton to my model and right away is giving the “non uniform scale” warning, while having its transform scale set to 1-1-1.

Is this a bug in the engine or did I miss something?

Attached image of the recently added physical bones, when toying around with other nodes more warnings keep popping in other bones

*additional info: all the parents of the skeleton are also in 1-1-1 scale
