Problem with Angular Limit on HingeJoint3D

Question

I have a weird problem where I can’t rotate the angular limit.
In my screen recording you can see that I want to be able to set the limit so that the I can rotate a bit more upwards. But if I rotate the HingeJoint itself the limit will stay…

Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding something?
