Reflections do not get rough when I change the roughness value

How would I go about making the reflections actually rough when I increase the diffuse roughness of my shader? It took me a while to find out the reason that my stone texture felt “wrong” was because although the diffuse roughness was set pretty high, the reflections still appear mirror-like, which is kind of annoying.

Take a look at the Metallic settings.
