i made my first 3d game in less than month. i started this project for the brackeys game jam but i didn’t submit it cuz of the time. It’s a simple short game that you have to control the player to avoid falling and reach to the juicy orange as soon as possible and also get the gold medal. You can only move forward when the rotate bar is on green part. feel free to check it out and tell me your best record.
this is the game link. the web version has some problems like audio. so windows version is always recommended.
Could totally see it evolve into floating logs, poles sticking out of the ground, or even the bone spine of some giant dinosaur. Bonus points if you let us wobble across high-rise construction beams while some guy below yells ‘coffee break’s over!’
And if it’s pipelines… then obviously you’re the repair guy, duct-taping leaks mid-balance while hot steam blasts our eyebrows off.
I’m curious where this is going, Keep up the good work!!!
im very happy these days cuz of y’all comments about the game. before releasing this game, i didn’t expect people like the idea and concept of the game this much. i didn’t plan to update this game and expand it. currently i’m planning for my next game, but becuz y’all like the game i might release major updates for this game. but before i decide to plan for the updates, i want ask y’all, Do you think the game have enough potential to be expanded and if yeah, what do you expect to see in next updates? (updatable and expandable or not?)
This game could absolutely become a banger because the concept is good and simple. Maybe you could check why other “rage games” are that good for some players and “steal” some ideas to make your own even better
You could definitely get inspiration from what @redflare already told, this kind of stuff can add a lot of depth to your game and a good reason for completing it.
