Question
Just wondering if anyone will notice that the buttons and panels are vanilla godot. Do they look alright, or should i change them?
This all comes down to a matter of taste and/or preferences.
It looks fine to me, but others might have a different opinion. Besides, you can’t ever please everyone. 
you have a different font and icons. It’s hard to tell this is default godot theme because the only thing left is the panel color.
