Signal error 11

Godot Version

4.0 → all versions
GDScript

I’ve been having this error with all versions of godot onwards, I’ve worked with godot 3 and it used to work but after the godot 4 update it kept working, there came a point where all versions of godot 4 onwards started to throw the error.

Equipment I use:

  • Windows 11
  • AMD Ryzen 5 5500U processor with Radeon Graphics, 2100 Mhz
  • 8 Gb of ram memory

Error:

CrashHandlerException: Program crashed with signal 11
Engine version: Godot Engine v4.3.stable.official (###################################)

Does this happen on one particular project? signal 11 is a memory access violation, maybe a certain component has a long-standing bug you’ve found. Without debug info it’s hard to tell of course.

If not I’m guessing your integrated graphics might not support some of the vulkan calls Godot uses. Do your games work better in Compatibility mode?
