Stutter & FPS Lag when using Forward+ instead of Compatibility

I’ve been using Godot in Forward+ rendering mode, and for some reason, compared to Compatibility, it gives me a lot of lag/stutter issues, does anyone know why this might be happening?
On compatibility I get no issue besides lights being all funky, while Forward+ has the graphics I need but stutters a lot.

Should call up to a “Fixed”, I removed all dynamic lightings and turned them into static to then bake them, which absolutely solved what my previous issue was.
SFDGI was the one property causing lag to my game.
