Hologram FX
Usually when I see hologram effects they’re going for a very high tech scifi feel but I love the vibe of older scifi and tried to go for a kind of original Star Wars feel to these: Godot Hologram FX by Binbun
(I mean I know Star Wars is not technically scifi but you know what I mean)

You should update your OP with the fact this is a commercial shader bundle, and not a free resource.
