How can i make procedural cave generation using fastnoiselite

i really want to make procedural generated caves but i dont know how to make spaghetti-like caves like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Df4Hidvq11M, how can i do it myself without an extended editor like voxel tools?
