How to Draw outside of mouse passthrough in displayserver

In the displayserver there is the option of mouse passthrough and it requires a polygon. On windows the engine will not draw anything out of the polygon region while it will in linux and mac. Is there any way to draw/show things which are outside of this region or is there a work around for this in windows?

It’s not possible in the same window. This is a Windows limitation. You may be able to work around it by using another window.
