I am making a horror game in Godot and want to add those trippy liminal spaces. Not really that weird feeling but more the seamless teleportation etc. how does that work with Godot?

Same as you coded everything else so far - by typing or pasting code into the script editor.
What is a script editor?
A part of gui used for editing scripts.
