On Mouse entered is not where it was suposed to be

My area 2D (or collision shape) is not reacting well to the signal mouse_entered(), for some reason looks like it's reacting to a bit down than what it should. At first I thought it was something about the collision changing on play but with debug tool, the collision is on place.
